As an NCCPT certified trainer, Katie created the Hot Body Sweat Guide & Meal Plan using the same formula she used herself to lose over 45+ lbs and most recently, the Guiltless Nutrition Guide & Recipe Book as a way teach women how to live a healthy balanced life they love. Katie’s unique, accessible approach to fitness has empowered hundreds of thousands of women to get fit and have fun doing it!
